Updates for December 2021 : Moving ain't fun
General Updates
As you have seen, I have moved this monthly updates from the announcement channel to the monthly updates channel to make sure everything is in one place. I will also not be pinging with every update every month. Instead I will add this to some other ping during the month.
Project Updates
GMK Agent 01
We have received the samples from GMK and will be analysing them in the next days. We would post more info and updates as we move along with the color matching process.
GMK Pharaoh
We have received the samples from GMK and will be analysing them in the next days.
GMK Zen Pond
We had a very successful GB. Final numbers will be posted this week I think. Sadly, we had to cancel 40s kit for this since only 29 were sold.
GMK Fitness Studio
No updates. GB expected middle 2022.
GMK G
Gladiator is our next GMK set which was revealed in the server. We have received very positive replies from the initial IC. We will be posting in Geekhack every soon.
EPBT Inkdrop
We have send epbt the designs to get quotes from them. I am hopeful to receive them soon. We are looking at an early 2022 GB.
Purple Pets
It will restart in a short time. We have been talking to a new manufacturer and see what can be achieved. This means we cannot really jump and make designs which might not be even producible by them. For timelines : I have been told for 1000 MOQ sets, they can produce in 45 days. Before committing to super fast production, I will have to do my due diligence to make sure then can produce what I want. So this design process might take longer. But once its done, and if GB is successful, expect to receive them really fast. We will see how this turns out with samples before starting GB.
